Having lived in many different parts of the United States—from New England to the Southwest, the Midwest, and the South—I’ve connected with people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and spiritual paths. These experiences deepened my empathy and understanding, shaping a profound respect for each person’s individual journey toward safety, meaning, and belonging.
Drawing from my experience in disability and mental health peer advocacy, education, and support – I strive to create a healing environment that supports your full participation and comfort. While I primarily work with women, I warmly welcome clients of all gender identities, expressions, and backgrounds. Here, your whole self—mind, body, heart, and spirit—is seen, supported, and celebrated exactly as you are. Your safety, dignity, and empowerment are my highest priorities.
